transferable skills that those individual gems might have had. She has an awful lot of work to do and if she can't stay on top of it, then whatever part of her is letting down the team will be removed and
what a selfless helper who is not scary at all
replaced with a better equipped gem. So it's really in her best interest to stay fused and get the best work she can out of everyone 8]
