i've already emailed my boss today and gone for a walk which is more productive than i've been all week for anyone wanting a glimpse into what i do naturally when off my ADD meds (for stomach reasons)
which, i may as well not bother since my stomach's not better at all off the ADD meds (or off the trazedone for sleep)? exercise is the only thing that helps so I TOOK AN ACTUAL WALK
unless i'm walking inside but the mall's the only place for that and lately i've been awake later in the day, so getting in and out is a nightmare with parking
