BLENDER HELP im having some trouble when trying to use sculpt mode, for some reason the grab tool does this Screenshot and i used it just fine in the same file(altho on another mesh). any ideas?

hmm i tried removing doubles but as i suspected there are none, not sure there is any other way to weld in blender, at least google isn't helping... thank you tho!
ended up exporting the top and re-importing it and now it works... gotta restart the rigging but oh well
