if you don't want to wait, that is also fine, but the 4x period helps in that you don't have to play the event song over and over to use up all the collectibles

and your ranking in playing the event song, separate from your event ranking, also comes with its set of rewards

so I typically play the event song a few times until the 4x period arrives

other than that, if you can afford the LP, playing regular EX songs give the most collectibles when you clear them, so long as your score is good enough

I just tried to clear Nawatobi and had to pay a loveca to finish it. I died liek RIGHT at the end!!!!!

so for instance, on 75LP you can play either 3 EX or 4 on hard, and EX gives more collectibles if you clear with a S or A grade, compared to hard

also consider LP use efficiency, if you plan on dropping loveca to recharge then it is more efficient to use all the LP as you go instead of waiting for it to recharge by itself

EX can be a pain if you know you can't handle them! I usually aim for the ones I know I can clear
