Called the customer service and took me 2 mins in auto navigation, then talked 1 min with the staff, then waited another 5 mins for checking 1 simple thing only. In the end, no outcome and said call me back...
I chose English, but a Malay staff answered my call. I directly called to the shop number but it was not the direct number of the shop. I asked the availability of the ready stock of iPhone 6s, but can't check.
