I was looking for a windlight yesterday but couldn't remember the name of the person who made it. It hit me today on my way home from work! It was a neutral setting by Elysium Eilde!
I found a windlight pack on her blog, but the 'neutral' setting isn't in it. The natural daylight setting looks very similar if not exactly the same though. So happy I found it!

there are a TON of them included, and it's easy to flip through, because not all of them made it between iterations, in case you can't find what you're looking for. The firestorm button on the lower right
gives you arrows to page through them all. I love the Phototools Dream Book ones for non-white moods.
I saw that there are a lot included in Firestorm now. I was just bummed that I couldn't remember the name of the one I have used for the past 3+ years. I haven't got to play with the Phototools yet.
