asks MSers: is there no email hardware support at all? Or, more directly, how is it that there can be a device with a Fn key but no Fn lock?

says the MS All-In-One keyboard is built to be unconfigurable, and prioritizes the multimedia functions of the F keys over F1-F12. The custom software offers no help. There is no Function Lock command or key.

says when going online for support, I find a bunch of broken links and no email address for support questions.
I'm only out $40, but I have to go shopping for another keyboard.

says if you can point me in a useful direction, I would appreciate it. 30 minutes+ of hold music at international rates is not an option when I expect the answer is "tough cookies".

says yeah, running the 'MS Mice and Keyboard Center' customization app, which allows for customization of 4 keys. Not sure it's a 10 issue; I think it's a keyboard issue.

from what I saw, that should work - I wonder if there's something wrong with the keyboard. I can test it later.
