of course everyone will be expected to have AC for October and November when that comes around, but for August and September everyone is exempt

what about people who have a strike, do the same rules go for clearing those?

We'll put up post at the regular AC time and if people want to submit the normal required amount of AC then we'll call it good for wiping a strike.

So instead of double AC, just the normal amount.
