My office uses the system, too. Are you trying to use email or other functions?

I only use email, so I end up forwarding the mails to gmail, setting alias, and using gmail instead.

我們原來使用的word, excel, etc. 都從原來的2015版強制更新為office 365系統，不知道為什麼登入老是有問題，word用一用就會要求登入／更新密碼，如果不理過不久就有部份功能會被鎖住（例如不能選範本）非常煩
