may tinatawag tayung courtesy recognition, which means ung effectivitiy ng resignation is at least 30 days from filing which enable ur employer to recruit, hire and train for your replacement

but if the urgency persists then of course u can file it right away

usually pag resignation takes 30 days to render service muna until they find replacement pero immediate pag emergent yung nature

by emergent i mean medical yung reason usually
