yeah that would be me. didn't find out until I got home; for some weird reason they can't seem to call my work number and get through.

I usually put a reminder in my phone for the day before and the day of my appointments to help.

My phone rarely recognizes the calls from my clinic too ;;

talked to them, they were nice, and we figured out that they had swapped two of the digits in the number they had for me, and now they can call me.
