....wait, why did I plurk about that when I could've plurked about the fact my cat Diezel came home limping last night and we had to take him to the after hours vet clinic

there were like 10 other people there, varying between car crashes and pee problems

all cats and dogs

but we all started chatting in the waiting room and it was kind of nice

sad awkward silence when someone asked this one dude what he was in for and he's waiting for his friend's dog who got hit by a car

I really hope that dog pulled through. it looked alert, it just couldn't work. also worried about that cat who was acting weird, possibly poisoned

but anyway, Diezel. the vet shaved some fur off the place where he growled every time you touched him, and she found healed bite marks

her theory is he got bit and it healed but got infected inside

he's going to the vet again today to get some antibiotics. he's fine, he's just 300% more grumpy than usual. and he makes sad eyes at everything

Last time Mischief was in a bad way, the vet had to come pick her up because I couldn't get her to the vet and they were worried about her condition :/

Mildly scary, though apparently she's fine now. Wish they'd got the urine test done though, they were meant to check her kidneys but for some reason sent her home early instead
