^yeah, on the surface I like this idea. trying to think it through for future potential problems...

The way I see it, the system as it exists now: we have app challenges, but only accidentally if two people happen to app the same character in the same week

with reserves, it would either have to move to first-come first-serve or make the app challenges official. I think?
