It's FIFA Football. Our Lionesses got far further than the men have done for a long time. Hmmph!

The history of the word soccer is interesting.  It was originally called soccer (short for association football) in order to differentiate it from rugger (rugby football).   It came to the USA as soccer.

It is pretty cool though that the Women's game is so successful.   I loved watching the final yesterday.
