omg what a disaster guys

our landlady came so we could give her back the keys and she was angry that the flat wasn't tidy enough

and myroommate wasnt there so I had to listen to all of that by myself

I had cleaned up our room yesterday and the bathroom and I tidied in the corridor

but I pretty much left the kitchen out mostly bc I dont cook and I don't spend much time in the kitcen so yeah the kitchen wasnt very tidy

and she just came in and we only talked in the kitchen! she didnt even go into our room

fffff I packed my things and left but I came back a few hours later to clean up again

it was such a stressful day but now that I think of it Im just like whatever

the two guys who have been living in that flat for like 3 years now had apparently never gotten that treatment from her

even though one of them said the flat had been a lot dirtier before me and my roommate moved in

LOL sorry for this wall of text, I just needed to get this out here

my roommate and I are fighting over this whole situation now too and Im just glad Im not going to be living with her next year

Im gonna eat these words while looking for a new roommate LOL

actually I was lying Im still rather bothered by this whole thing, it's so embarrassing I hope Ill never meet this woman again

she should have, I think maybe she saw the kitchen and thought the entire place wasnt cleaned? but idk she must have known we would take care of our room the most

and I mean I understand she may have chosen not to judge the previous locators as strictly but knowing that she did I feel it was a bit unfair toward us :/ idk

omgg thank guys

we should all just get a house together

one of the guys is still living in that flat and he's staying there for holidays but he like NEVER does housework besides washing his own dishes

I think the landlady knows this and she doesn't expect him to tidy up the flat at all so she wanted us to do all the work before she gets new students looking for a place

I slept on it and I feel better about it now LOL
