well, originally I had planned on them being able to steal the core from you guys (I see what mistakes I made there tho, so I can make sure not to do that next time)
so the choice was going to be between the non-injured chasing them down to get the core and leaving the injured to fend for themselves and possibly die, or to abandon the core and save the injured
sort of a 'which priority is more important' kind of thing

Looks like neither of Ragnarok's attacks managed to catch our assailants. (Indiscriminate sonic attack probably would've/should've at least inconvenienced our crew a wee mite, though.)
It should have had some impact on every character in the scene but sometimes things just get oocly missed in group logs
