yum mulligatawny is EN version of molagu tunny which means spicy or chili-water, it's called Rassam in Tamil I love it...I also love tom yum which is the Thai version of it, off to read your recipe dopiaza!

Hmm, I tend to prefer Tom Ka to Tom Yum. But maybe all of it is Yum, really.
