Do I really need to get dressed to go to the shops or is it acceptable to just go in my 'lounge at hime clothes'. I really can't be bothered to get changed

I didn't get changed lol. its raining and cold and I couldn't be bothered haha

I like the rain though cause I can snuggle up with a blanket, a coffee and a book/movie
but then I love the beach and sun as well haha
The only thing I hate about the summer is that it gets bloody hot up here

I think our hottest day was like 35 or maybe more
I think one day it was actually 40. But I am not too sure
