headache has morphed into something much worse and now the right side of my face is noticeably a swollen 
gonna check again but I'm like 99% sure I don't have dental insurance
and my doctor is being stupid and won't write me a script for an antibiotic
so I'm probably going to have to go to urgent care tonight
and figure out how to pay the copay someday
