[RP] Lily's arrived at the shelter. I'm not quite comfortable to play anyone else's kids; can I get a bit of a briefing if there are any named NPC kids I should know about?

Layla has no NPC kids of her own, but she is minding Billy.
y, generally the people who parent the kids will npc them if they're old enough. We usually just have them in the bg.
Kit's son and daughter are 8 years old and in the bunker. Ditto Allison's son, Billy. I think brendon is prob there too.
Neal is two weeks shy of a year.
