I just made 5 mason jar salads for lunches this week. Has anyone else made these before? Any tips on how to make them faster? They are great but took me an hour and a half!

I made all mine in about the same bit I had some chicken and bacon pasta ones so that included cooking time

I chopped and prepped everything in bowls and then just put the dressings in each, threw ingredients in, and done

I didn't have anything to cook buuuut chopped a lot of different veggies, maybe I should stick to 2 or 3 total instead of like 6 different kinds.

Chopping does take an age if you want them bite sized

I try and use veg that stay whole, sweetcorn and cherry tomatoes, and stuff that is easier to chop. Making them chunky so that it is a better buffer from leaves to dressing
