Trying to make an appointment for what I hope might be my last x-ray this year, and augh... I've just been transferred to orthopedics, to appointments, and now back to orthopedics.
Why is this so hard...

I don't begrudge the employees any, like I don't get on my broom and get mad... it's probably a problem with internal organization rather than the people answering calls.
But like... I just feel like no one thinks they're the person with the ability to do what I need done.

Though I can't be seen before the 30th.
