I wonder what it's like to be one of those people who are absolutely certain they're going to be stranded inside their house with no water or electricity every single time it snows...
Cause I just can't understand this fear.
This survival instinct that makes them by three weeks worth of non-perishable food and water every time it snows.
And I mean every single time.
It snows like once a week here and I literally see the same ten or twelve people buying another three weeks worth of bunker supplies every week.
