Hey Alvin I wanna bulk up this month cause I've been stuck at the same weight for a while. How much should I be intaking calorie wise? Should I even be trying to bulk up?

to make it not too serious just eat an extra meal a day
do that for about 2 weeks
if you don't gain any weight lmk
so say you eat 3 square meals a day, split your lunch into 2 dif meals but eat the same you would for one lunch but twice
if that makes sense lolol

np! try and keep your weigh in times consistent...for example every morning after you shit or before you eat breakfast
