So I wrote this book critique that was supposed to be about five pages

The professor's first mistake was uttering the phrase "a minimum of"

What really got my goat was when I had some people from my class do a peer review and they told me I used "too many examples"

And had to be "more general"

I was like uhhh no. Examples make strong writing. Generalizations make horse shit.

I have this monstrosity of a professor who has convinced these people that she would rather have a crappy, generalized paper so long as it's around five pages and devoid of "fluff"

I, however, wrote a strong and well-written ten page paper full of examples that back up my shit.

If she wants to give me a crappy grade, she can suck a dick

I'm confident with this paper, but her grading is all over the place. There have been a few papers in the past where I got marked down for no apparent reason.

And I'm afraid to protest anything with her because she's a freaking lawyer. I'm not even kidding.

She is literally a lawyer.

But if she has a problem with this one, I'm just going for it. I busted my ass for this one.
