i have a game plan going into this fitness thing where i'll give up something bad for me every month, and once i purge all the unhealthiness from me i will start really dieting
all the while exercising. i have this app that dai introduced me to
that i'm really excited for. it came in a package of three for an extra dollar so i thought why not?
i probably won't end up using anything other than the first but i will keep it updated aw yes
- ★ first month i'm going to get rid of alcohol&smoking. i don't smoke that often anymore, but i definitely have some packs of menthols hidden around my room that i'm just going to toss
i'll still drink probably socially, but i'm gonna cut down to a many like. once a month sort of thing.
- ★ second month i'm gonna try and trash drinking any carbonated drinks, stick just to water. this one will be really difficult because i get so cranky when i don't have sugar :c
- ★ which month three, gonna be trying to reduce my sweets intake. you guys don't even know i eat candy like. nonstop all day. i have packages of lollipops all over my room LMFAO
but. less cake and cookies
more better things.
- ★ month four and maybe fiveish, i'm gonna try and go pescetarian. i don't think it'll be that hard for me because i've been vegetarian for a good chunk of my life, which is why i'm slowly easing back into it
by month - ★ five/six i'll try to be going full vegetarian
i've done it before, but i think it's harder to stay healthy when you're all the way committed vegetarian/vegan so i might stick to fish.
or maybe i'll be vegetarian with cheat days every so often WE'LL SEE and all that while i'm gonna be working on these 30 day challenges

i think that's it. i might be posting update body pictures but i'm kind of nervous about that so we'll see. i'm excited to get healthy and bara and make ladies swoon worldwide

also, when i cut out soda, i started drinking those la croix bubbly water things and they really helped me a lot ;w; the taste of it without the calories and the sugar...

also instagram has some really cool 15sec work out videos which always make me be like HEY I COULD DO THAT!!!
maybe you all will see me try and test my hand at cooking and making healthy foods
i have a lot of recipes that are super good for you, it'd be pretty awesome to try them out
