It'd have to be Sims 2, I think. There's a mod for that that lets teens and adults be romantic; not quite as appropriate as child-adult, but it'd do in a pinch. Plus there's the hidden genie wish that

youthens adults on a success, if one wants to approach narrative verisimilitude.
