is running on track or hard surface (road etc) faster?

depends on the friction between your shoes and the surface I think...hard to tell

running on track is boring. trains mental stability. Road is uneven, sometimes there's slope. So it really depends on what road it is

I think hard surface better.. without track shoes, the friction on the track is kinda high
