This plurk is gonna make me sound nuts but I want to brag

It's a cyclopian chihuahua fetus I helped deliver two years ago

It... actually looks a lot like Gonzo, hence the name

But they were gonna throw him out and I'm like NO MY FRIEND

We preserved him in alcohol in a pickle jar and now his eyeball's kind of dissolved so I'm gonna find a place that can give him a nice preservation.

Why does this not surprise me in the least

So the pictures aren't great, but I hope you guys can see his face

What you're seeing is that proboscis-like piece of tissue on the top of the face, which is its nose.

Underneath is one singular eye

When it was born, the eye was only partially formed, and now most of it's been dissolved

What's left is a milky piece of tissue

The protrusion beneath that is the hard palate, which has the usual ribbing like the top of a normal dog's mouth

There is no lower jaw, but there is a small flap of skin alluding to where it is supposed to be

He also has no anus and two pairs of dewclaws on the hind legs

(the latter being a more common deformity and is often seen in otherwise normal dogs_

He was born stillborn. Due to being around four times the size of a normal chihuahua puppy, he got stuck in the birth canal. So if he was even at one point alive, he was probably suffocated during birth.

Though his mother was able to pass him while I was rushing her back into the treatment room

The only known way for these guys to form is if the mother eats some kind of tetarogenic toxin during birth
