this morning's recipe was celery, cucumber, spinach, carrot, and apple.

It was pretty good, a little peppery tasting due to the spinach. Sort of weird, but not horrible.

and: it's amazing how much pulp is left over. From what I've read, you can use it in soup and stuff, so I'm saving it. No sense in wasting all that fiber and stuff, right?

It's not a
real
juicer but I have the Nutribullet and adore it. Juicing is sooo much fun.

apparently my system isn't ready for all of this healthiness.
There's this aftertaste that just won't go away.

Lexi chose apple, orange, and strawberries for hers. Jas chose mango, watermelon, tomato, and bell peppers. And they both drank all of theirs!

blueberries taste very good in most smoothies, but can really effect the color. LOL

Fresh ginger root is good in a juice like that, too.
