Nanknits: Nope. Not only smart phones. There are a couple of decent web apps and a lovely cross-platform desktop app. It's free to follow up to 40 people. $5/mo or $35/yr for more and more storage.

Nanknits: The platform is in maintain mode now, though, with no behind-the-scenes development going on. We have no way of knowing how long it will be around, sadly.
