we found some places we'd like to go, one is in upper hutt and the other is in otaki

the otaki one doesn't have a phone number (who the fuck advertises a place and doesn't put a phone number?)

and the other one won't pick up their phone

so we'll try again tomorrow morning but yeah

we're gonna go on an adventure because we really want to rather than because we have a destination

we've definitely never done that before

i've always wanted to do shit like that

my parents are both planners so when i'm in charge of the holiday this is how it goes

in all fairness it's not my fault - my mother wouldn't commit to going anywhere until, like... today

but we also didn't know where to go so there was that

guess we'll find out how terrible this plan really was when we get there...?
