IDK honestly? The only character I ever put on one was a TF, which is very different than a human/humanoid pregnancy. Most of the time it's not really my thing, though.

Yeah, the one time I did it was cause it fit with a PSL my friend and I were doing at the time. I don't just throw characters into memes like that randomly.

I've done it in PSLs before I had a kid and the idea was forever ruined for me, LOL
