technically it was done 2 1/2 months ago but I let it sit there because I was too exhausted to finish the missing scenes

and now it's done!! with 5 days to spare!!

I have 5 betas helping me edit it so that's fun

I'm really proud of this one

animal transformation, deer and magic and forests and a transgender character and nearly all my ladies are POC and everyone except the main characters are original characters

and it's 118k long and IT'S REALLY GOOD I THINK?? I'm so relieved

it's like the only decent thing I've made in the last six months, going to America completely wiped me out but somehow I got a good story done

and what's cool about getting these last scenes done was that I did it while running on zero spoons (google "spoon theory" if this makes no sense)

but i had half a weak coffee last night (it was gross and I think we need a new plunger) and an apple and I forced myself through it

and i'm so relieved

finishing things is so satisfying

and i'm extra happy 'cause there's people waiting to read this one, and I got a very good artist who is absolutely lovely, and everything is awesome

just gotta get through the next week and get it out there in the world
