"applying"是動詞，然後那句非完整句子，所以那句改成："It is time to work on graduate program application" 文法才是對的。

然後"heaven"不會動，所以用"approaching"有點怪怪的，如果改成 "heaven is falling"比較有詩意。給你參考~
