for Adélie I'm tempted to have her join up with Septimal Moon before she really talks to other players

it seems like the thing a self assured 12 yr old with no parents would jump at.

gets her out of the not great situation she's in, free school, and magic training

pretty sweet deal at first glance

and if this turns out to be a Not Good Idea, then there's potential for her to defect and oh what fun that'll cause.

Penny is more easy-breezy. Most of her deal is probably going to be what happens around her really

Idea: what if a pair tried to take her by force, she got away somehow, and then asked OUTLIER how if she can do word spell solo

at least for a while.

I like this since (1) i can incorporate it into the recruitment log she's got going on and (2) it'll help explain why she hasn't been super active on WR

(3) helps her learn some magic self defense since putting in a transfer to another city through the JET program is difficult

(also depending on how dangerous Osaka gets for her to be in, she may be joining up with Septimal Moon. Since it looks like they have the power to do Things)

if penny's not around much on WR jeremie may send her a PM at some point asking if she got into trouble
