WELL AS IT TURNS OUT, in English, birdpoop and dorito are both played by the same guy: Bryce Papenbrook!

(Even though I... really wish they'd picked someone else for Komaeda, because holy wow did Bryce misunderstand him sometimes.)

Anyway, he's also played Eren from Attack on Titan, Shugo from .hack//, Rin from Ao no Exorcist, Kida from Durarara!!, and Gouenji (er, Axel) from Inazuma Eleven!

Pretty varied roles here, to be honest. I haven't finished Durarara or Ao no Exorcist, but from what I do know... there's not a lot of other nutjobs on the list.

In both English and Japanese, Komaeda and Naegi are voiced by the same person; in English it's Papenbrook, and in Japanese it's Megumi Ogata.

Let's see... Ogata has also played Kumagawa from Medaka Box although we pretty much never get to hear her, Shinji from Evangelion, Ken from the Persona series, and... Yugi Motou?

She's definitely got a character type going on, as you can probably see.

Henry's Japanese VA is Akemi Okamura. I haven't looked up anything about her, so this should be fun.

She also voiced Shuu from a ridiculous but fun little anime called Legendz, Nami and some other people from One Piece, fucking Hoshiiwa from HaCha Precure, and Sheena from Tales of Symphonia?

So basically, she voices ladies and at least one prepubescent boy. Henry.... is probably past that stage, but he acts like a little kid and that's all that matters in VA land, obviously.
