While I know that abstaining as a vote is not permitted anymore, what happens if we all completely refuse to vote and/or try to pull some sort of stunt like "everyone vote for the person to your left"

I mean assuming you're a citizen chances are higher that you're going to hit your own side that way but it is a valid strategy if we're at a complete stalemate again

with the number of citizens vs communists, totally random execution clearly favors the communists, and when each side has the same number of people in it, the game is already over
