Not a very agreeable early riser XD in fact I did oversleep last week and miss class, probably because I made myself crazy worrying if I'm going to be on time

Yes, that is a good tip, breathing can really help in moments of stress. Also I just figured out that I was probably pms-ing during the first week of school and did nothing to help my mental state

So this week will be better I pray, since I've done it once before. Geez I don't think I've ever had this much spiritual whiplash adjusting to a new schedule. I'm used to being more resilient :-P
