Went over to Mom and Dad's to get out of the house while the plumber came to fix our hot water heater. Landlady tells me he never showed up when I get home. 
So she asks if he can still come by around 9 to work right under our bedroom. Uh no, I get up for work at 4:30 in the morning. I go to bed fairly early.
There is just such an ongoing saga with her not keeping the place up and doing timely repairs therefore causing us inconvenience/injury.
