I use my computer chair because it goes up and down. The Knitmore girls say a stool drummers use is the best

One that you are comfortable in. I spin in all positions on different wheels. Most spinning chairs are not comfortable to me.

I spin from my couch. But I like to be more reclined while spinning versus sitting upright.
