we had a dog do something similar, my mom left out some steak tips to defrost in the sink when I got home from school i was supposed to put them in some marinade. they were no where to be found.

I called her at work and asked if she forgot to take them out she was like no they should be in the sink. needless to say the dog had sniffed them out and ate them plastic wrap, foam and all

I was not happy. Nothing's safe with this damn dog
