So I took him in for a checkup, then to get the teeth removed. He got to keep his incisors and lower canines, but the rear molars were just terrible.

But yeah - the fleas are going to be a huge problem. Huge cluttered house full of soft furnishings... whimper I'll call in the experts, i think.

Oh, and instead of gingerly licking up his food, he was snarfing it - he's put on half a pound in three days!

Which is good - last time he was at the vet, he weighed 25lb. This time, 14. He had lost 11lb. But he's still bigger than my cats.

But on his frame, 11lb looks kinda emaciated. The extra lb makes him look like a real cat again.

Definitely: current tenants move otu in about 7 weeks; we've left a month between that and our move-in to get the place habitable. It's going to be a very busy month.
