If you want to have a friend come to Plurk itself then you click on "My Friends" then click on "find/invite friends" I believe you need your

friends email address to do that. If you want to add people that are already on plurk you can do a search of them by their plurk nickname

then on their plurk page click on "Add as friend" - Hope this helps you out.
