so i kinda slipped and fell at the store and to store manager saw and asked if i was ok and if i was hurt, naturally i said i was fine but my right hip hurts like a mofo

filing the accident report at least gives you paperwork if you find out later that you really hurt yourself and have doctor/hospital bills because of it. Learned that when I had my car accident
