meat and shit. because i wasn't eating enough to get healthy. honestly i'd say try just eating chicken and turkey for abit. then cut thatout
too. so your body gets use to it. and morning star burgers are super delicious. so if you decide to get vegetarian food i suggest that brand
try making fish the last thing u cut out
