the neck is...you can pull it lower? its hook and eye, probs suitable for a band size 30-32 (34ish) cup size D, maybe E?

it could work for sinbad or tbh if it fits you can have it and cut it (I bought it for like...£10 it was some incredible site) so its not like it would be a big deal
