Job satisfaction or job security.

Because at the minute I feel miserable in my current place of work. Constantly undermined, management seem intent of protecting the most lazy and irritating co-worker in the place.

But at the same time they're happy with my performance. My full time hours are pretty much guaranteed as long as I'm with the current company.

Which you know is pretty useful for planning for the future and everything.

IDK ... Maybe I just need to stop being so pissy and look at the bigger picture.

I say satisfaction, personally. But I know not everyone agrees.

I always used to say that was my number one priority without any doubt but that was before my situation changed.

Before I started thinking about mortgages and before the UK economy was screwed.

Ok so it's better then it was but it's still not great.
