Yarnies, how do you handle a returned parcel where a customer gave the wrong address? Customers, what would you expect at this stage?

I'm having issues with someone who had the wrong address in PP but didn't notice. The parcel was returned to me and I'm out the postage.

It's a tough one. Seeing s/he is at fault I would offer to send it again if they paid and if they weren't happy with that offer to refund the purchase. If it is overseas and costing $18+ then you cannot afford

Their mistake, resend it at their cost or offer to refund the entire purchase.
