Do threads with the '!log' tag have to be planned out between two people beforehand?

I'm pretty sure not. !log tags are just action tags and a person doing a thing

as opposed to network tags

which are usually video/text/audio whatever

So for example, Zero could be training in the park and that could be a !log tag that people could tag into

Can !logs also be videos/messages that are of importance to development?

Well... the impression I got is that !network tags are anything that happens over the ingame network. Videos messages etc. If there's development in that, it would probably be a network tag.

!log and !network just seem to be the medium
